2019-2020 Bus Passes on Sale
TRAFFIX bus passes for the 2019-2020 school year are on now on sale for all routes .

TRAFFIX has prided itself on keeping rates as low as possible for our families while remaining a fiscally responsibly organization. This year, we did experience an increase in bus operation costs that required a moderate increase in our bus pass rates. The good news is that our pass rates continue to be much lower than those for comparable programs in our area. And TRAFFIX remains a cost-effective way to transport students to and from school (around $2 a day) while keeping cars off the road.

The 2019-2020 bus pass rates are as follows:

Standard Rate (high schools) - $395 per year/round trip

Promotional Rate (for elementary & middle schools through June 15th) - $355 per year/round trip

NEW! Payment Option - You now have the option to make two (2) payments; one due at the time of purchase and the other due by December 31st.

WAIT LIST INFORMATION - If you are unable to purchase a bus pass because your route is sold out, please be sure to put your name on the wait list . If a seat on your desired route becomes available, the system will automatically offer it to the next person in line on the wait list.
As many of you know, bus programs around the country, including TRAFFIX, are experiencing the effects of a nationwide bus driver shortage.

Our bus service provider, First Student, is working hard to recruit safe and reliable school bus drivers, including retirees who may be looking for supplemental income opportunities. If you know of someone who is interested in the noble profession of school bus driver, CLICK HERE for a First Student recruitment flyer.

TRAFFIX Bus Lost & Found
If your student ever leaves something on a TRAFFIX bus, please contact our bus service provider, First Student, directly at 925-363-7327. They manage Lost & Found on their own and do bus checks after their routes. There's a good chance they've found what your student lost and can bring it with them on their next bus run.
Be a TRAFFIX AmBUSador!
TRAFFIX is fortunate to have a group of parents and community members who, as volunteer representatives of the TRAFFIX Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC), attend quarterly meetings to provide valuable input about our program. CAC Representatives serve as a liaison between TRAFFIX and their respective schools and communities. We call them our AmBUSadors!

We are currently seeking new CAC Representatives from each of the following schools: Coyote Creek, Los Cerros, Monte Vista, Neil Armstrong and San Ramon Valley. CLICK HERE to learn more. If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please contact TRAFFIX Administrative Coordinator, Heidi Kenniston-Lee at admin@ridetraffix.com or 925-973-2649.

A Big THANK YOU from Your TRAFFIX School Bus Drivers!
Your TRAFFIX school bus drivers loved all the thank you notes and goodies from their riders given to them on April 23rd (School Bus Driver Appreciation Day)!

Thank you to our TRAFFIX families for taking the time to express your appreciation for our bus drivers who work hard to safely transport our students to and from school!

We'll be sure to let you know when next year's School Bus Driver Appreciation Day is, but please remember, any day is a good day to say "thank you" to your driver.
