Dear TRAFFIX Parents,
Recently, many customers have experienced technical difficulties when processing their 2nd and final payment for the TRAFFIX annual pass.
TRAFFIX apologizes for the inconvenience. Staff has identified the problem and its program website vendor is in the process of correcting it. This process will take a few days to complete. Once the issue is resolved a notice will be sent alerting you to login into your account and execute the payment transaction.
In the meantime, your child can continue riding the bus as usual.
